We got excellent value for our money at Aksara Heritage -Sha Extra Plus. The room was amazing with great amenities and the staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was perfect, within walking distance to popular attractions and markets.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering more vegetarian options.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in downtown Chiang Mai. the staff at this hotel, particularly Khun Arnuchit, Khun Ming, and the breakfast team, were incredibly friendly, helpful. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, and it changed daily so we never got bored. the location of the hotel was perfect, just on the outskirts of the old town, making it convenient for exploring temples, markets, and other attractions. the room was well-maintained by the attentive housekeeping staff, and the pool area provided a relaxing spot to unwind.

We were pleasantly surprised by this venue. It is located in a quiet road in the city center, which made it a perfect base for exploring the city. We also appreciated the helpful service of the staff, who assisted us with tour arrangements and other needs. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, soundproofing, and flat-screen TV.

Our new year stay was fantastic! We were blown away by the stunning pool and the helpfulness of the staff. Complementary drinks upon arrival and a welcome gift were a lovely touch. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to great restaurants. the beds were super comfy and we slept like babies.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. the selection was limited and the quality was poor, especially the eggs Benedict.

The hotel was small and lacked common areas other than the pool and restaurant. the grass near the pool got muddy at times, possibly due to being new.

Located right in the centre of old town on the Sunday walking street market and close to temples, Aksara Heritage is the perfect base for exploring. The spotlessly clean rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of options, and the pool area provides a relaxing atmosphere.

the facilities were wonderful, especially the conveniently located pool area. the rooms were large with a balcony overlooking a bustling weekly market, but surprisingly quiet. the breakfasts and service were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond, even preparing a delicious breakfast box for our early tour. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.

It offers easy access to many nearby temples, and the view of the temple from the balcony is indescribable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a beautiful bathtub, shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is varied and enjoyable, with a selection of dishes including an egg station.

The grassy area around the pool can get muddy with people getting in and out.
