This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms may be small, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the area. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the beach and the nightlife area.

This hotel is perfect if what you need is to relax, far from the chaos of the bar areas. It is the main attraction, being a minute walk from the world-famous Patong beach and from Bangla Road nightlife, just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms on the 4 floors are clean and come with basic amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, conditioner, and towels for both the face and body. The rooms are well-equipped, with a small safe, microwave oven, mini-bar, and newish flat-screen TV. Some rooms even have a tiny kitchenette, adding extra convenience to your stay. The breakfast that came with the stay was served at 09:00 hrs daily and had 4 western choices: coffee, continental, healthy options, or a full English breakfast. The variety of options allowed me to start my day with a delicious and satisfying meal.

There was nothing that could be improved, everything was ok.

During our stay at Amber Residence, we were impressed with the friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. The location was perfect, with easy access to Patong beach and nearby amenities. We enjoyed the spacious penthouse suite and its well-decorated interior. The breakfast options were satisfactory, and the nearby 24-hour convenience stores were convenient for any additional needs. we had a pleasant stay at Amber Residence and would recommend it to others.

Friendly staff, reasonable price, close to Patong Beach, 7 Eleven nearby for food. Good service, free water in fridge, clean room. Umbrella provided on rainy day. 10-minute walk to beach, convenient location. Tasty Italian and Thai food at the restaurant.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, made to order, is a definite highlight with a variety of choices to satisfy all tastes.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, no improvements needed.
