This hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, just outside of the "Old City" and near the Night Market. The rooms are spacious and have big beds, perfect for a family. The breakfast is exceptional, with a variety of Thai dishes that change regularly. The service is good, and the staff goes the extra mile to accommodate guests, even allowing early check-in when the room is ready.

The pool area could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel just opposite the Old Town. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right on the edge of the old city. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the historical sites and attractions. The hotel itself was quite luxurious, with a beautiful exterior and a clean and posh reception area. The staff were friendly and always greeted me with a smile, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available, with a wide selection of fruits, omelettes, and even noodles and soup. Additionally, the hotel had a spa facility, which looked very inviting and relaxing. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My stay at Amora Thapae Hotel in the north of Thailand was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. The staff treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness, ensuring that my every need was met. The rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable, providing a haven for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to all the must-visit tourist spots in Chiang Mai. Plus, the price for staying in the luxurious presidential or ambassador suite on the 12th floor was incredibly affordable at just £40 a night. The hotel's pool and fitness room were also in excellent condition, allowing me to unwind and stay active during my stay. Additionally, the room service was impeccable, with a delicious steak and chips costing only £4. The reception area of the hotel was stunning and created a welcoming atmosphere. I can't fault this place, and I'm already planning to come back for a longer stay next time.

Although the hotel provided a remarkable experience, there were a few minor drawbacks. the rooms could use some refurbishment as they showed signs of age and had poor sound insulation, making it possible to hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near all the tourist places. The friendly and kind personnel, especially in the bar, made our stay even more enjoyable. The clean rooms and facilities, along with the good restaurant and breakfast, exceeded our expectations. The hotel's interesting user control system/interface in the room added a modern touch. We were also impressed by the mostly English-speaking staff, making communication effortless. For its price, this hotel is definitely worth it, and we would highly recommend it to our friends.

Great location, within walking distance of the market and famous wall. The room had a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The bed, although not the greatest, still provided a good night's sleep. The chef at the egg station made delicious breakfast. The hotel offered a free shuttle and easy access to public transportation. I'll recommend this hotel for its location and decent amenities.
