Our room was well-maintained and equipped with convenient amenities as seen in the pictures. The rooftop pool was never too crowded. Day staff were always helpful whether we needed an umbrella or directions. Despite some negative reviews we had a great stay at Amora Neoluxe Suites. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with the metro station just a short walk away. We were also near the Cartier shopping center, which was fabulous for some retail therapy. Additionally, being close to the Terminal 21 shopping centre was a great convenience. The room was spacious and well-designed with modern decor, and the bathroom was large with a relaxing bathtub. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The volume on the TVs in the rooms was barely audible, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a fantastic new year's stay at this boutique hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, providing us with complimentary drinks and snacks. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the train station and the bustling downtown area. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool where we spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the sun. the room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The breakfast was slightly underwhelming and lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Neo Cafe at the hotel served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was also great. The staff, especially the housekeeping girls, were very helpful and went out of their way to assist with any requests. One time, I ran out of tissue and the front desk informed me that housekeeping would bring me a box. As soon as I reached my floor, a housekeeping girl was already waiting for me with the tissue box. Excellent service!
