One specific situation that happened during my stay was that I was given a room facing the street instead of the pool view room I had booked. However, the staff apologized and provided a discount and two free massages as compensation. Despite this small inconvenience, I overall enjoyed my stay at this centrally located hotel. The location was very convenient, with just a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and friendly staff.
