The incorporation of Thai culture in the design was amazing, making the hotel uniquely beautiful. the polite staff was a bonus adding to the charm of the hotel. the location was great as it was close to some great restaurants and shopping venues. the private access from the garden was convenient, making the stay heavenly.

The sound of hotel construction from our room was loud and distracting, making it difficult to relax. the air conditioning in the room was uneven, making it either too cold or too hot.

The incorporation of Thai culture in the resort and the stunning garden were a highlight of my stay at Andaz. The staff were extremely polite and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for an authentic and pleasant experience.

The incorporation of Thai culture into this hotel's design is impressive. the traditional Thai house that serves as a tea lounge is beautiful and relaxing. the staff is polite and attentive, providing excellent service. the swimming pool is well-maintained, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the spa centre is luxurious and offers a diverse menu of massages. the outdoor dining areas are picturesque and romantic.

this didn't affect my overall experience, as this hotel provided exclusive amenities such as a sauna, saltwater pool, steam room.
