Noisy airplane noise.

I absolutely loved the minimalist decoration of this hotel. The clean lines and simple yet elegant design made me feel relaxed and at ease during my stay. The hotel's general areas, such as the lobby and the common spaces, were spacious and easy to navigate, making it very accessible for senior people like me.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff. The children working there seemed more interested in their phones than in providing excellent service to the guests.

This hotel is just outside the old city walls, but close enough to walk to the city highlights and a great food market. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The rooms have nice touches and a view of the swimming pool or the mountains, and breakfast with a nice view is included.

The location is ideal, as everything we needed to do in Chiang Mai was within walking distance. We could easily explore the city highlights and there were popular food places nearby. The rooms were nice and my kids loved the artistic design. The front desk staff was friendly and always tried to help as much as they could.

The noise level in some parts of the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Clean cubicle beds with lots of privacy. The beds are like cubicles with curtains on one side and closed off on the other three. This is great because even if the dorm had been full, I would have had a lot of privacy, which is something you usually don't get in dorms. The bed was super comfy and the blanket and pillow soft and clean.

Poor cleanliness and safety issues. The room was not clean and stinky, with lots of hair on the stairs and dirty bathroom walls.

The location of the hostel is excellent, being super close to restaurants and shops. It is a perfect starting point to explore Chiang Mai and its attractions such as the famous Lok Molee Temple and Chang Phueak neighborhood.

No fire emergency exit

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel that made the experience more pleasant: comfortable beds and helpful staff. The location was also a key aspect, as it allowed me to explore the surroundings easily. I appreciated having a big and cozy common area where I could work and relax.

On the other hand, there were some negative aspects during my stay that made the experience less enjoyable. The set-up in the dorm bathrooms was not very convenient or private.
