The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby shopping mall, subway station, and plenty of convenience stores and massage places. The room itself was spacious and stylish, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. We especially loved the infinity pool, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. we were impressed with the level of service and the high quality of this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at Arte Hotel - Sha Extra Plus. The beds were spacious and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 21. I also appreciated the concierge who helped us with our bags upon arrival.

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable enough. the location was excellent as it was close to the main attractions of the city and also had good transport links.

The room was smelly and damp, and the staff were not very helpful or friendly. I was also frustrated by the lack of basic facilities such as an iron, a hotel menu and a proper explanation of the hotel's services.

loved my stay at the art hotel - sha extra plus! staff was amazing, always smiling and helpful. great location near terminal 21 and easy to get taxis. felt safe with the security guard checking meters. will definitely stay here again!

Shower tiles were replaced so couldn't use it for one night.
