My stay at Ascott was fantastic! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed and bathroom were top-notch. The gym facilities were the best I've seen, and the swimming pool was lovely with plenty of space to relax. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. Ascott provided great value for money and was conveniently located near transportation options.

The bed was comfortable, the environment was clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to the nearby shops and the sky train.

our honeymoon at ascott was beyond perfect. after a disappointing previous stay in bangkok, ascott exceeded our expectations. the convenient location, friendly staff, and clean rooms made our stay unforgettable. we enjoyed delicious meals at aldo's and appreciated the quick room service. we highly recommend ascott for a memorable vacation.

Pool area lacked proper maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The well-equipped deluxe 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, offering spaciousness and comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who spoke perfect English and provided great recommendations for nearby eateries. The hotel's location near the train station was very convenient for exploring the city. The air conditioning was set at a comfortable level and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the poolside restaurant was also a great value for money.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the MTR station during the day. There is also a small shopping center nearby for added convenience. The spacious rooms are well-equipped, with functional furniture and a washing machine, making it easy to travel lightly. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom are also satisfactory.

The staff can be indifferent and unhelpful, particularly when it comes to addressing concerns about room discrepancies and apathy towards guests' requests. Cleaners also have a tendency to enter the room unasked and too early in the morning, causing inconvenience.

The amenities in the room were fantastic - microwave, washing machine. Even small things like toothpaste, washing powder and a bathroom scale, it was well thought out. The gym and pool were great. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were exceptional, so welcoming and attentive. St Louis BTS is right outside. The location right next to the BTS makes everything easily accessible. There's loads of good food nearby both posh and inexpensive. And if you don't want to eat out, there's a well-stocked supermarket nearby and a minimart on the property, which makes shopping easy.

Felt more than at home, no complaints.
