We, as backpackers, really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us when we had to leave early for our flight. The hotel had a swimming pool which was a great relief from the heat. We also enjoyed the convenient location with a 7Eleven nearby and local eateries across the road.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed. The hotel is conveniently located near 7-Eleven and has amenities nearby.

The breakfast menu could have more variety and the swimming pool is not strategically located.

The hotel was located quite far from the city center, resulting in higher taxi fares when returning to the hotel due to traffic and most taxis not using the meter. the WiFi was unstable during certain times, and the hotel lacked a convenient shortcut to nearby public transportation, requiring a long walk along busy roads.

We enjoyed the evening music in the lobby, and the swimming pool being open until midnight was a bonus. The location was also convenient, being less than 1 km away from a Blue Line MRT station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big TV and soft pillows. The staff tried their best to communicate with us, despite their limited English. it was a much better experience than we expected for the price.
