We had an amazing time at this incredible place! The staff were friendly and welcoming from reception to security. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the food was of the highest quality. We highly recommend this place to everyone and can't wait to return.

The room was spacious with breathtaking views. Both the Italian and Japanese restaurants were impressive. The lobby was elegant with an interesting decor. The breakfast had a wide range of options, and the dessert section was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. The room was spacious with beautiful decor and the private facilities were exceptional. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch and the massage was one of the best we've ever had. The garden area added to the serenity and tranquillity of the place. The restaurant had a wide range of delicious options for all meals and the in-room breakfast was a real treat. The bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink while enjoying the lake view.
