We had a wonderful time at Austrian Garden Hotel Patong - Sha Extra Plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were able to accommodate all of our special requests. We especially appreciated the surprise birthday cake they prepared for my friend. The food at the hotel was outstanding, offering a great combination of Austrian and local Thai cuisine. We even had the opportunity to go fishing with the chef and enjoy a fresh catch for dinner. The pool and garden were beautifully arranged, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel also made it easy for us to access the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Patong.

Great food, place, and service. Service member made amazing drink for sore throats. Everything was immaculate, a well-managed resort. Enjoyed company of other guests in relaxed environment. Will return!

The hotel had a great breakfast included with many options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The towels were a little damp and could have been fresher. , they did not provide a hair dryer in the room which was mildly inconvenient.

The hotel boasts a refreshing swimming pool at its center, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Additionally, the diverse Asian and European menu options served in the hotel's restaurant are prepared with high quality ingredients.

Sadly, the air-conditioning in the rooms blows directly onto the bed, making it difficult to regulate the temperature for a comfortable sleep.

fantastic staff, super clean hotel, beautiful calm oasis in a crazy part of town. Staff made it a joy for both me and my child. Highly recommend!
