I was really impressed with this hotel right from the beginning. The staff were amazingly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The bungalows offered a lot of privacy and were designed to be cozy, making us feel right at home. The daily surprises, such as blossoms and cookies, added a special touch to our stay. The breakfast atmosphere was relaxing, and the variety of delicious food served made it a great way to start the day. And let's not forget the location; nestled in the tropical wonder with palm and coconut trees, it was truly a paradise.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great location, superb food. Spacious and clean with complimentary breakfast and a convenient buggy system for uphill rooms. Lovely garden with professional spa services. Gorgeous touches in the bedroom and a delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Exclusive resort with a serene atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, situated up on the hill facing Surin Beach. The views were breathtaking and the tranquility of the surroundings was just what I needed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel also had a wonderful dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed delicious meals and relaxing drinks.

Located on a hilltop overlooking a beautiful beach, Ayara Hilltops offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are cosy and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of tasty dishes. The hotel also has a spa, a gym, and a poolside area with sun beds and umbrellas. A shuttle service is available to take guests to a nearby beach club.

The food at the beach bar affiliated with the hotel could be improved.

The hotel offered cold towels and refreshing drinks during check-in. the rooms had fantastic views of the beach and surrounding hills. the hotel had a good transport system from the reception to the rooms. the pool and service around the pool were excellent. the beach was a short distance away.

The air conditioning unit was noisy, but it was manageable by leaving the air conditioning on in the sitting room while switching it off in the bedroom. the road below the hotel could be noisy during the morning, but it was not an issue during the rest of the day.
