I had a fantastic stay at Baan Bayan - Sha Extra Plus. The location was absolutely beautiful with a stunning beach outlook. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast and the food at the restaurant were both delicious. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel providing a bus to the Cicada Markets. My favorite part of my stay was when the manager, Tawat, helped me plan my day and even accompanied me as a tour guide. The personalized service was truly wonderful. I highly recommend Baan Bayan - Sha Extra Plus and will definitely be going back.

The beds in the Bannika Suite were quite hard and uncomfortable, affecting the overall stay. The presence of a nearby jet ski rental place on the beach was a daily nuisance, detracting from the otherwise beautiful beach experience.

Additionally, the hotel offered fantastic facilities, such as a library where I could borrow DVDs for a cozy night in.

I did notice that the pool bar closed quite early, which was a bit disappointing as I would have loved to enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool in the evenings.

We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable beachside beds. The clean beach was perfect for relaxing. The staff decorated our bed with roses on the first night, which was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the hotel's interesting historical design, attentive staff, and convenient location near the night market and public transportation. The spacious and clean rooms, as well as the awesome bar/restaurant with its delicious food and great view, added to our enjoyable stay.
