Great location for nightlife and local attractions.

My experience at Baan Chart was dreadful. The constant noise from partygoers made it impossible to sleep, even with the provided earplugs. The shower pressure was weak, and despite multiple requests for mosquito spray, no action was taken. I was also shocked to be charged extra for a hand towel at checkout, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my stay.

The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring historic sites, and the staff's effort to return our forgotten item was truly commendable, showcasing their dedication to guest service.

The noise from nightlife was incessant, making sleep difficult at times!!! The lighting in the rooms was overly bright and disruptive!!! A more effective shower temperature control would be a welcome improvement!!!

Just a heads up—the noise can be noticeable, so earplugs are a good idea.

Had a mighty stay here, with a beautiful room and grand location just a hop from Khao San Road. The rooftop pool was a lovely escape after a long day's wander. Only downside was the aircon didn't cool the room as well as I'd like, but all else was spot on.

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with air conditioning, perfect after a hot day. And the location is super convenient, just a short walk to royal palaces and public transport. Breakfast was tasty with good menu options.

I stayed at this property and found the location ideal for exploring local attractions. I requested a takeaway breakfast before 7:00 AM for an early trip, but it was a hassle to get it sorted. Staff gave me an apple and juice instead. The room was clean. It was hard to sleep due to the noise from nearby nightlife. Despite that, I enjoyed my time here. I'm single and appreciate a lively atmosphere, but earplugs might help.
