The staff at Baan Kiao were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us plan our scooter routes and even took the time to show us hidden spots on the island. The pool was fantastic and just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was bigger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in. The large porch with a hammock provided a great view and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was amazing, especially the complimentary Thai breakfast plates. Baan Kiao provided a peaceful and relaxing vacation away from the noisy party scene, and we hope to visit again in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The upgraded Family Poolside Suite was mind-blowingly spacious and perfect for our extended stay. The breakfast options were jaw-droppingly delicious, and we loved the meze platter that came with it. The WiFi was super reliable, allowing me to work online without any issues. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and a lovely pool on-site. The staff's attention to detail and exceptional service made our vacation truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The room we booked was unavailable, but the manager upgraded us to a Villa room with a beach view. We were pleasantly surprised by the great service. Baan Kiao Ko Pha Ngan is a hidden gem on the island. The value for money is incredible, with clean and spacious rooms that offer a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, just 100m from the stunning Haad Yao beach. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with their friendly and helpful nature adding to the overall experience. The basic amenities in the family pool side rooms are very cute and the pool itself is fantastic, offering a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.

What an amazing way to spend New Year! the beach location was stunning with crystal-clear water and soft sand. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel completely at home. the room was spacious and clean, with a hammock on the terrace. We particularly enjoyed the included breakfast and the pool bar - a perfect way to cool off during the hot afternoons.

The location is becoming more popular, so the beach is losing its natural feel. the water in the bay isn't great for swimming.

I had a fantastic stay at a small family hotel. The lodges were spacious with terraces and large bathrooms. The swimming pool was nice and clean, and the whole place was situated deep in a green garden full of trees. The hotel is located just 50-70m from the beautiful beach of Haad Yao, making it a convenient location. The friendly staff were able to organize everything I needed, and the restaurant had the best breakfasts.
