Clean and quiet place with refreshing pool, good food, and spacious dorm beds. Super comfy and well-equipped double bed in the 4-bed dorm. Clean bathroom and toilet. Adorable and helpful staff, allowing late-night check-in without extra fee. Dreamy pool and beautiful terrace. Convenient location, within walking distance of the airport and Nai Yang beach. Nearby amenities such as Family Mart, 7-11, massages, and cafes. Free bicycle rental and scooter rental available. Friendly woman staff with good English-speaking skills

Very nice and stylish hotel with all facilities. Good shower, clean towels and linens, comfortable pillows. Nice terrace and lovely little garden with a small swing. AC and ceiling fan. Friendly English-speaking staff. Good location, close to the airport and Nai Yang beach. Family mart, 7-11, massages, and cafes nearby.

Felt incredibly welcomed, no reason to complain.

Stayed here on new year's and enjoyed the free pool and bike rentals. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and restaurants. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming and offered us some orange juice upon arrival.

The language barrier was difficult to overcome. We had trouble communicating with the staff in English, so we had to rely on Google translate.

I stayed at Snug Airportel for a quick stopover before my flight. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and had great air conditioning. The breakfast was tasty and the hosts were very kind. The small swimming pool in the courtyard was refreshing, even though there wasn't much space to relax in the sun. For the price, it was an excellent choice. Plus, there is a 7/11 store nearby.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room, although small, was clean and stylish. The shower was good and there were clean towels and linens available. The pillows were comfortable and the hotel also provided beach towels. We loved the terrace and the lovely little garden with a small swing. The hotel had both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which made the room very comfortable. The location was convenient, with the airport and Nai Yang beach within a 15-minute walk. There were also convenience stores, cafes, and massage places nearby. The staff, especially the friendly woman, were helpful and spoke good English. The pool was nice and the dorm was located right in front of it. The hotel also had a free water bottle fill-up service.
