The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the staff always had a smile on their face. the location was perfect and easy to get around. the swimming pool provided a much-needed relief from the hot weather.

My experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped for. the service was poor and the staff struggled to communicate in English.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel. the staff at Baan Ratchiangsaen were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check in early at 9 am, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is conveniently located near the old city, making it easy for us to explore the area. the facilities and our room were impeccably clean, and we enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool after a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast with coffee. we were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to this city.
