I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was beautiful, with clean and spacious interiors. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the lovely wooden furnishings. The hotel also had a blissful swimming pool surrounded by a peaceful garden. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Represents Chiang Mai well. Close to shopping mall and city. Quiet and relaxing. Beautiful, spacious, clean room. Quiet and blissful pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has traditional Thai décor, which made me feel truly immersed in the culture. It is situated in a convenient location between the airport and the city center, with easy access to transportation. the pool was a refreshing break from the hot weather and a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The breakfast selection was lacking and the process of pre-ordering the night before was odd. the view from the upstairs rooms was not pleasant, as they overlook the highway.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charm and warm feeling of Baan U Sabai Boutique House-Sha Plus. The wood and openness of the Northern Thai house made us feel at home. The location was perfect for us, close to the Airport Mall and Rimping Market. Despite being tucked away, it was still convenient to catch a cab from the main road. The service provided by the staff, especially Ping Pong and the night shift receptionist, was impeccable. The rooms were extremely clean and authentic to the Lanna custom. Although breakfast had limited options, the scrambled eggs were one of the best we've had. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Baan U Sabai Boutique House-Sha Plus.
