Friendly staff, prompt electricity issue resolution. Lovely room, albeit expensive. Recommend requesting lower pool and reception area rooms. Good location, nice swimming pools. Great for arranging diving and has free shuttle to/from pier. Dorm rooms have great pools, but shared bathrooms got dirty. Hilltop bungalow offers incredible view, basic interiors, and romantic sunrise views from bed. Staff is polite and prompt, but chilled. Renting a motorbike is recommended for easy access.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was beautiful and central, with the beach just a short walk away. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it is well maintained and the grounds are huge. We loved that the hotel gets shade in the afternoon, making it the perfect spot to relax and chill out. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Mrs. Becky, our freedive instructor. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony to enjoy the views. we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The diving experience at the resort was fantastic. The instructors were friendly and professional, and the diving courses were well-organized. I had a great time exploring the underwater world and learning about Thai culture from my instructor. Additionally, the resort had beautiful pools where I could relax and unwind after a day of diving. The staff members were also polite and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

It felt outdated and tired, with cracked windows and gaps that allowed insects to enter. I was bitten by mosquitoes and had to deal with ants in my room, which was quite bothersome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. We loved being next to the best beach bar and live music bar in the area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with multiple pools, a bar, and restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The cleanliness of the rooms and the beautiful gardens added to the overall enjoyable experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention and service we received at this place. The reception staff were more attentive on our second visit and even gave us an upgraded room. The deluxe room we had was the quietest stay we've had in a long time. The room itself was beautiful, with an incredible view. The hotel is located in a great area, with front beach bars and clean surroundings. There are also multiple pool areas to enjoy, and the landscaping is lovely. The breakfast offered a lot of choices and we also enjoyed a great meal at the Barracuda restaurant. The hotel also provides a golf cart service, which was a lifesaver for us as we were traveling with young children and had to navigate some steep hills to get to our room. We really appreciated this eco-friendly hotel's efforts in being environmentally conscious.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of information provided by the reception staff during check-in. They were talking and laughing in Thai without giving us any information about the hotel or mentioning the car service to the room.

The noise at night from other guests and nearby restaurants was disruptive. The room could have been cleaner, as the floor was still dirty after cleaning.

The resort is in an excellent location, right on Sairee beach, which provides easy access to the beach and amazing places to eat cheaply. The rooms are relaxing and super clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The PADI course was excellently delivered, with great instructors who made us feel comfortable and safe during our dives. The hotel also offers wonderful sunset views at the bar and restaurant on the beach.

The gym is not included in the price, which may be inconvenient for fitness enthusiasts.

During our stay at Ban's Diving Resort, we were impressed by the stunning 360° sea view. The helpful and friendly staff always had a smile on their faces, making us feel welcome and at ease. Our instructor, George, was exceptional in teaching our group during the open water course. The resort's location near amenities and the beach was perfect for us, and we enjoyed the live music at the adjacent fishbowl bar. The reception team provided excellent service and assisted us in organizing a fantastic boat trip. we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this resort.

The staff upgraded our rooms and arranged taxis and ferry services. The view from the room was amazing. It's close to the beach, with great swimming pools. Along the walking road are massage places, convenience stores, and restaurants. A fantastic place for diving or a relaxing getaway.
