We stayed at this place for the second time and once again we were impressed. The staff here is incredibly kind and professional, always ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was a delightful surprise every day, with new and delicious dishes to try. The apartment suite provided ample space and was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, just a quick taxi ride away from a large shopping mall. Ordering food for delivery to the hotel was also very convenient. we had a wonderful experience here.

Although the staff may not be completely polished in terms of professionalism, they were extremely helpful and willing to assist. The size of the apartment was fantastic and the bed and linens were lovely.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the TV channels, but everything else was perfect. The restaurant had great food and the swimming pool was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at Bangna Pride Hotel & Residence.

Despite some negative reviews about breakfast, it offers a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the swimming pool provides both shallow and deep areas for enjoyment.

The accommodation looked tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint, making the rooms appear grubby.

Large, clean rooms with good views. Fully equipped gym. Convenient 7/11 in building and next door. All facilities including a good bath, kitchen, bed, and sofa. Big wardrobe with lamps inside. Iron box, ironing table, and umbrella provided. Plenty of international channels on TV. Nice staff. Fresh ambiance in the restaurant. Excellent swimming pool. Large shopping mall called Mega BangNa just a short taxi ride away.
