If I had to pick one, the dorms might feel a bit crowded at times. But hey, it only adds to the buzzing energy of this lively Patong hotspot.

The staff here are incredible! From Mai and her sister to the boy at reception, they truly care about your comfort. They clean the rooms several times a day, make your bed, and even provide fresh towels upon request at no extra cost. Their smiles and attentiveness make you feel like family. the location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the beach, making it easy to take a quick swim in the morning or enjoy the vibrant Bangla Road nightlife. Nearby markets offer fresh produce for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Plus, the laundry service and balcony with a view are a bonus.

While the accommodations are mostly great, some room for improvement lies in providing curtains for the beds for added privacy, and creating more dedicated spaces needing to work on their laptops. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the convenient location near the beach and easily accessible nightlife spots added great value to the overall experience. improvements can be made in terms of room comfort and maintenance, such as ensuring air conditioning and water availability are consistent.

The staff were like family, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location was perfect for families, just a short stroll away from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. the kids had a blast with the nightly fireworks view!

My wife says that the room lacked child-proofing.
