The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and come with useful amenities such as a microwave oven and coffee machine. The staff, although not fluent in English, are helpful and friendly once they understand your needs. The pool in the garden is a nice place to relax. Plus, there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity, offering a variety of delicious meals.

The location is a mixed bag, with it being a 15-minute drive away from the bustling areas of Pattaya, but it does offer a shuttle service to the city center. However, the best part is that it's located right on the beach, giving you easy access to the beautiful coastline. The hotel also has a very nice pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.

Enjoyed the spacious and clean room with great A/C and the availability of a microwave and fridge. The pool and gym were amazing as well as the friendly staff. Nearby shopping center provided convenience.

The distance from the beach was a downside. Though the rooms were old but a prompt service to replacements were provided for broken furniture. The WiFi had a little bit of issues and the breakfast choice needed to be informed earlier.

I recently stayed at Bella Villa 3Rd Road for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and they were cleaned daily. I loved the nice size balcony and the in-room safe was an added bonus. Despite some flies due to the greenery, the pool was refreshing, and using repellent took care of any nuisance. The food was okay, but the scrambled eggs were great. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
