The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice and usually quiet. Laundry service was affordable. Jansupar's down the road! Homemade toast at breakfast and good Thai food during the day/evening. Jiab organized amazing private tours.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Chiang Rai and had a very pleasant experience. the location was ideal as it was situated on a quiet side road just 15 minutes away from the town center. This allowed for a peaceful stay while still being close to all the attractions. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience. The beds were good quality and the room was kept cool enough that I didn't even need to use the air conditioning. Furthermore, the breakfast provided at the hotel was tasty and satisfying, ensuring a great start to the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. the rooms were upgraded to include air conditioning, which was a pleasant surprise. Our group of 18 was all accommodated on the same floor, making it convenient for us to be together. the location was perfect - a quiet and peaceful oasis in the midst of a busy city. the swimming pool was clean and the kids absolutely loved it. We also appreciated the heavy curtains in the room that blocked out the light, ensuring a good night's sleep. a great experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Clean swimming pool, convenient location near night market and eateries, comfortable beds with heavy curtains, accommodating staff, easy motorcycle rental process, roomy and cool rooms with windows.

We spent Christmas at a beautiful guesthouse with a cozy dining room that served delicious food. the staff were very helpful in organizing our travel plans and even gave us small gifts on Christmas morning. the property had a stunning garden and a clean pool that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet surroundings. It was located on a peaceful back street which was a nice escape from the bustling city.

The walls in our room were not very thick which made it feel a bit like camping. We were woken up a few times during the night by barking dogs and noisy birds.

The guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance of the night market and close to all the staff activities. It is not near the city center but not out of the city either, avoiding the terrible construction traffic. Plus, it is close to Khao San Rd, offering a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable with big screen televisions and refrigerators. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served each morning is great and there is a swimming pool on-site.

The walls are paper-thin, so you may hear your neighbors at times.
