I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, situated at the end of the main street amidst all the tourist attractions. The hotel also offers great services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with modern amenities like an electric kettle and soundproofed walls.

Our location was fantastic, very close to a vibrant market and a lively nightlife scene. We were also a stone's throw from a big shopping mall, which was very convenient. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, with new-looking furniture and fixtures. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.

The fitness room was underwhelming and there weren't many options for exercise.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Patong, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We found the hotel to be in close proximity to the seafood market, as well as a variety of restaurants and the Big C shopping center. We were able to easily walk to these attractions, which was a huge plus.

Like other hotels in the area, there were some noise disturbances from hallway activity, particularly doors closing in the middle of the night.

Spending my Christmas in this hotel was a great idea! the staff was so warm and welcoming, which made us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary activities like the daily yoga classes and cooking demonstrations. the location was key, close to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. We also loved the pool area, especially during the evening when it was lit up beautifully.

The only thing to note, is that the breakfast buffet was just okay. Although there were a few things we enjoyed like the Thai noodle soup cooked to order and the eggs made to our liking, the fruit selection was lacking and not very fresh.

The pool on the rooftop had a stunning view, and there were plenty of comfortable beds to relax on. The water was clean, and there was even a small bar next to the pool. The hotel also provided towels for the beds. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of options, and it stayed open until 11 am - perfect for late sleepers like me. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the entire hotel, including the balcony and pool area, was smoke-free.
