For the price I paid, I got great value and a really nice room. The location was convenient with good access to public transport and restaurants. The staff treated me like a friend and made me feel welcome.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the aesthetics of the place were stylish, free entrance to Chakran Sauna, temperature controlled pool, helpful and welcoming atmosphere, conveniently located near public transportation and good transfer from BKK airport.

During our Christmas stay, we had a fantastic time at this hotel. the first thing that stood out to us was the amazing facilities. We loved the rooftop onsen and the large beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the swimming pool was a great bonus and added to our enjoyment. the building itself was beautifully decorated and everywhere was immaculate and well maintained.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff made me feel like a friend, and the breakfast felt like a homemade meal from a loved one. The hotel's location was perfect - it was in a quiet area with clean air and no pollution, yet it was also conveniently close to public transportation and great restaurants.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. I loved the fact that I had access to a well-equipped gym during my stay. It was a great way to stay active during the holiday season.

The shower in my room had some issues. the water was slow to drain, and the shower was not properly fixed, making it difficult to adjust the height.

The room had a very strong sewer smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. I was only provided with one towel, and it had dried bloodstains on it.
