The hostel was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and informative, taking the time to show me around and provide all the necessary information. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious family options available. The location was perfect, with good bars and live music just around the corner, and popular attractions within walking distance. The amenities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, and a cozy TV room. The owners were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, even taking me on a day adventure in the city. the experience was jaw-droppingly fantastic and definitely a 10/10!

Although there wasn't breakfast provided, the use of the kitchen was practical. The hostel had a great vibe and I met many amazing people. it was a fine experience with everything I needed.

One thing that really stood out was when the hostel manager, Emma, helped me organize a fantastic two-week island tour at a reasonable price. She even made sure I was well taken care of by providing pick up and drop off services at each island. Emma was always available on WhatsApp to ensure everything went smoothly, which I really appreciated. Upon arrival, I was eager to explore the city, and the staff at Born Free went above and beyond by bookmarking numerous places of interest and creating a personalized tour just for me. It was absolutely amazing and probably the best thing I've done in Bangkok. Additionally, the hostel is situated just 10 minutes away from Khao San Road, making it a perfect location. I would highly recommend Born Free for their incredible service and unforgettable experiences.

we had a great stay at a typical backpacker hostel. the staff were friendly and available 24hrs at reception. the common area had a nice atmosphere with fans to keep cool. the showers were clean and the rooms comfortable. the owner, Wasana, was wonderful and helped us plan our trip. we felt safe and enjoyed meeting other travelers.
