The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and working amenities. The location was convenient, being close to our friends in Bangkok. The swimming pool facility on the third floor was excellent. The shuttle service to BITEC was efficient and I received exceptional service from Eed, who was helpful and friendly despite my food poisoning.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient for my needs. It was situated near the golf course I wanted to play at and was also close to the exhibition center where I attended a conference. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. They even helped me translate conversations with taxi drivers who didn't speak English. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved having hot and cold water in the bathroom and the WiFi was reliable. the service and amenities provided a level of comfort and quality that exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was in close proximity to public transportation and key landmarks, making it convenient for sightseeing. the room was spacious and equipped with useful amenities, including a kitchenette and a clean bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, with a prompt check-in process.

The noise level from neighboring rooms and external sources was high, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. the air conditioning was inconsistent, sometimes making the room too cold or too hot.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the vibrant heart of the city, and I must say, the Brighton Hotel & Residence provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle. The spacious room had a unique layout that intrigued me, and the ensuite kitchen was a convenient touch. The staff, especially the hat-wearing concierge, were exceptional and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I couldn't resist taking a refreshing morning swim in the swanky pool. I had a novelty night off and would definitely consider staying at Brighton Hotel again when I'm in the area.
