Our stay at the guest house was amazing. The shower in our room was huge and the bed was so comfortable, giving us a luxurious experience at a great price. The modern and clean facilities, along with the excellent WiFi connection, made our stay even better. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time in Chiang Mai, being extremely helpful and speaking great English. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We found this guesthouse to be in a great location, just outside of the old town. It was near many restaurants but not in the thick of the tourist area, which we appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed and amazing shower. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the wifi worked well. Additionally, there was a DIY laundromat nearby and a 7-11 just around the corner.

Live music from across the canal may bother light sleepers.

The owner was super friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and pointing out nearby attractions and a self-service laundry next door. the air con was excellent, and the room had a nice shower with hot water. the location was convenient to a 7 Eleven for breakfast and snacks and was within walking distance to some key sights.

The location was a bit far from the center of town, making it a 30-minute walk to the Night Bazaar, though tuk-tuks were readily available. the road leading to the hotel was hard to find and appeared more like a large alley.
