During our recent stay, we were impressed by the newly refurbished rooms at Bua Raya. The comfortable beds and good air conditioning made our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy access to the zoo, shopping areas, and the Sunday walking street. We found it convenient to have street hawker stalls and a mini supermarket right next to the hotel.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be better. Our room was not ready upon arrival, and we had to report a lack of hot water, which was promptly fixed the next day.
