The hotel has a beautiful territory, perfect breakfast, comfortable sea coast, amazing view, friendly staff, convenient location.

I recently stayed at Bundhaya Villas for a relaxing beach getaway. The resort has fantastic amenities including a spacious pool with a pool bar, clean and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms, and a prime location on a corner of Pattaya beach. The resort offers a great breakfast with plenty of choices and even though I would have loved some cheese, it was still excellent. The Thai massage provided at the resort was not only fabulous but also the most affordable I found in all of Koh Lipe.

I totally recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is stunning, with a large area of well-manicured landscaping facing the Andaman Sea. The hotel is conveniently situated right on the beach, allowing us to easily access the beautiful shores. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with attentive room service and efficient housekeeping. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including a spa & wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay near the beach.

The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect. We liked the fact that there were two pools to choose from, one of which was quieter and great for relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The food was very disappointing, especially for the high prices charged. The room was not cleaned properly and smelled musty. We also had issues with miscommunication at the front desk, which made our check-in process frustrating. Additionally, there were not enough lounge chairs by the pool and we had to keep searching for a spot to relax. our xmas experience at this hotel was underwhelming.
