I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort just outside of town, nestled on the banks of the river Pai on the foothills of the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect for me, as I wanted to be in direct touch with nature and enjoy some peace and tranquility. The staff at the resort were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests I had. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good air conditioning to keep me cool during the warm nights. The bathroom, although slightly outdoors, was a unique touch that I quite enjoyed. The resort also had a nice swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. Breakfast at the resort was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. Being just a short distance away from the famous Pai bridge, I was able to easily visit and take in the breathtaking views. I had a fantastic experience staying at this resort.

The only downside I can mention is that the resort is a bit far from the town area.

The rooms were comfortable and the setting, overlooking water and out to the mountains, was beautiful. At night, there wasn't a sound except cicadas and the odd splash of a fish in the pond. The staff were lovely and helped with anything we needed. The Thai breakfast was great and the coffee was really good - it was all over the area.

My wife was really cold at night - she feels the cold easily. The distance to town was around 10-15 minutes by scooter, so staying out too late meant a chilly ride back.

Exceptional customer service and support. We had an unexpected ordeal during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They unloaded our bike late at night and even cooked us a meal after the kitchen had closed. One staff member even accompanied us to the hospital and stayed with us for hours. Their dedication and kindness were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent over Christmas and enjoyed amazing scenery and fresh air. Beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The beautiful lake made for a nice afternoon walk. The shuttle provided a convenient way although limited to get around. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very helpful.

The location was too far from town and it made difficult to experience the area without transportation is too much troublesome. The restaurant was fairly basic and overpriced, and the pool area was lacking.

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, spotless rooms, peaceful location, useful shuttle service, great view.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent customer service, late laundry service, and drinks served past bar hours. Clean and comfortable villa with a wonderful pool. Good location close to attractions and restaurants, but bike rental is necessary. Peaceful lake setting, perfect for couples, with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, quiet aircon, and great shower pressure and smell. Beautiful landscaping and good value for money, with tasty breakfast. Convenient free transfers and scooter hire available. Fantastic service and spacious rooms.

The pool was great, surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and we enjoyed taking a swim there. Scenic surroundings, easy access to hot springs, Pai Canyon, and Memorial Bridge. Friendly staff who give lifts and free shuttle service. Large windows with great views. Nice coffee shop with good service. Small menu but enjoyable lunches. Complimentary trips to town. Away from tourist crowds, scooter rental arranged.
