The location of the hotel is perfect for those who love to shop, as it is only a 10-minute walk from Terminal 21 shopping center. Additionally, the hotel is right on the beach, offering guests a beautiful view and the opportunity to swim easily away from the crowded tourist areas. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large bathrooms equipped with both a shower and a tub. The service is well-meaning and cheerful, and the breakfast has a variety of both Western and Asian options. Guests can also enjoy the spectacular view from the restaurant balcony while having their meals.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel can get quite busy, which may not be ideal for those seeking a more peaceful and quiet environment.

The room was lovely, complete with a private pool and even a hammock. The larger pool on the property was also fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of channels available on the television. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the club lounge offered delicious snacks during afternoon tea. The hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake, showing their attention to detail and care for the guests. it was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality time. Great!

The hotel has a great view, especially if you get a room overlooking the ocean. , there are some complementary facts like the shuttle service to nearby attractions and the pools are open until midnight, which was fantastic. The location, near the beach, is convenient for a city break.

There were some aspects that I didn't like during my stay. The food at the restaurant was okay, but it was overcrowded during peak hours.

Our stay here was beyond luxurious. The hotel provided exclusive amenities that made our experience exceptional. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and direct access to the beach, which had crystal clear saltwater. The full body massage and beauty treatments at the Spa Centre were superb. The Sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms were luxurious and furnished beautifully. The live entertainment at the Pool with view made for a great relaxing atmosphere.

We had no major complaints during our stay. However, the facilities for BBQ facilities were not very adequate.
