We had a great value for our money at Cape House Langsuan Hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the BTS train station and shopping centers. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English well.

The morning meal could have been more creative with its options.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the Chit Lom BTS Sky Train station just a short walk away. There were also plenty of street food stalls, restaurants, massage centers, and banks nearby, making it convenient for all our needs. the check, in process was smooth, and even though our room wasn't ready, we were offered a comfortable lounge area to wait in. the room itself was clean and well, maintained, with everything in order. the breakfast spread was generous and offered a wide variety of options. It was so extensive that we couldn't even try everything during our stay. the hotel had a cozy setup, perfect for couples or business travelers who value privacy. the front office team and housekeeping staff were quick to respond to any requests or assistance needed. We especially enjoyed the executive lounge on the 15th floor, where we could relax with a drink, coffee, tea, or snacks before heading out or back to our room. the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms were great for unwinding after a long day of work or sightseeing.

The studio unit we stayed in did not come with a dryer, only a washer. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had invested in a 2, in, 1 washer/dryer.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the friendly and welcoming staff, and the spacious and homely layout of the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary toy bear waiting for me in my room when I arrived. the breakfast selection was also great, with a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with a Super Rich money exchange just across the road and a shopping centre only a few minutes away.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was that the hotel was not able to provide airport transfer. Although this was a minor inconvenience, it would have been nice to have that option available.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and even surprised me with a honeymoon cake and a cute toy bear as a gift. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend Cape House Hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience during your trip to Bangkok.

The sizeable room and central location of the hotel were the best aspects of my stay. the room had a separate lounge and kitchen area, spacious bathroom, and a wonderfully large bed. the hotel was also conveniently located close to key shopping areas, a park, and many restaurants. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere during my Christmas stay.

On the downside, the breakfast selection was very limited and the quality of the food was average. Additionally, the hotel looked a bit tired and the lobby lacked warmth and charm.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a pool and lounge area. The breakfast selection was great, offering both continental and Asian options. The location was very convenient, with a money exchange and shopping center nearby, as well as being close to the Chit Lom BTS Sky Train station. The hotel was also easily accessible from the airport via the expressway.

We had a fantastic stay at Cape House in Bangkok. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and convenience stores. The spacious 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette and washer/dryer was a great bonus. We also loved the 16th floor outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast served in the Italian restaurant was delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Bangkok.

The location is great, with a 7/11 just across the street and close to a convenient store, lots of restaurants, malls. In terms of facilities, the rooms are well-equipped with cooking facilities and laundry facilities, including a washing machine. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good.

Some of the hotel facilities are old, and there are no disposable toiletries provided, which was surprising considering the price point.

Had an amazing new year getaway with family here! the staff were so friendly and they made every effort to make our stay comfortable. the spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchenettes were great, and we really enjoyed being able to do laundry in-room. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the Skytrain and across the road from a great spa. We also loved the variety of breakfast options and the tasty buffet lunch.

While the pool was nice, we wish there were more loungers available instead of just tables and chairs. our room had a leaky tap which was quite annoying.

The staff at the lobby were friendly and honest, even going the extra mile to help my friend open a coconut. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the green curry, pad Thai, fish cakes. The location was convenient, with attractions and restaurants within a short walking distance. The area was quiet, with a 7 Eleven and exchange just across the street.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Convenient access to 7-Eleven for essentials. Close to luxury branded mall. Breakfast with a decent selection, including shrimp fried rice and grilled fish.
