I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with Family Mart and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the beautiful beach, making it very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at this place were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The swimming pools were clean and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing dip. I had a great experience here.

The location of the apartment complex was great for our Christmas vacation. We found the apartment very clean and comfortable, with good furniture and equipment available. The beds were particularly comfortable and we enjoyed using the nice pool, which was well-maintained.

The apartment lacked any type of service and we didn't see anyone during the entirety of our 4-day stay. There were no instructions for any of the kitchen equipment, no kitchen or bathroom amenities except for some liquid soap, and no bottled water in the fridge.

The location of Cassia Residences was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Bang Tao beach. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and had a nice view of the Laguna. I also appreciated the quality spec/finish and the bonus of having a washing machine. The pool and bathrooms were excellent as well.
