I stayed in a colossal apartment that had a stunning view at dusk. the set-up was quirky— but, let's just say, nothing I couldn't handle.

The apartment at Cassia Residences was amazing - we had a cozy seating area to relax, a fully equipped kitchen to whip up quick meals for the kids, and a lovely balcony to soak in the tropical vibes. As a family, we felt right at home!

Wished there was a gym for a quick workout - just a personal preference!

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with Family Mart and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the beautiful beach, making it very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at this place were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The swimming pools were clean and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing dip. I had a great experience here.

had a great time at cassia residences. the larger apartment with new appliances exceeded expectations. loved the self-catering option, safe environment, and easy access to the beautiful beach via a free boat ferry.

window in bedroom didn't close properly

The location of the apartment complex was great for our Christmas vacation. We found the apartment very clean and comfortable, with good furniture and equipment available. the beds were particularly comfortable and we enjoyed using the nice pool, which was well-maintained.

The apartment lacked any type of service and we didn't see anyone during the entirety of our 4-day stay. There were no instructions for any of the kitchen equipment, no kitchen or bathroom amenities except for some liquid soap, and no bottled water in the fridge.

The location of Cassia Residences was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Bang Tao beach. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and had a nice view of the Laguna. I also appreciated the quality spec/finish and the bonus of having a washing machine. The pool and bathrooms were excellent as well.

I did encounter a few issues during my stay. The staff was virtually impossible to get a hold of before and during my stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with close proximity to a 24hr Family Mart, beach, golf course, and restaurants. The apartment is bigger than expected, with relatively new and clean electrical appliances. The environment is quiet and safe, providing a peaceful stay.

There were some maintenance issues with the room, such as a window that couldn't close properly and caused noise during windy and rainy weather. This affected the quality of sleep, which is important for a comfortable stay.
