I had a truly memorable experience during my stay at Centara Grand. The spacious and clean room offered a comfortable bed and an amazing view from the large balcony. The hotel's private beach was beautiful and allowed for a serene and enjoyable swim. I also loved the variety of food options at the breakfast buffet and the great dining experience at the Hagi Japanese restaurant. The club lounge service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff like Khun Nid and Khun Moddang taking great care of us. The transportation services from the airport to the hotel were punctual and convenient. I highly recommend Centara Grand for families looking to relax and enjoy the beach and nature.

Although the food at the hotel's restaurants was expensive, it was not particularly nice. Additionally, the hotel's location on a private beach made it necessary to book a water taxi to visit nearby towns and other beaches, which could be inconvenient.

The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by lush gardens and just a short walk through the national park to the beach. The Monkey Trail provides a unique and adventurous way to access the resort. The Suan Bua restaurant offers delicious food and the breakfast buffet is fantastic, catering to various cultures worldwide. Despite the maintenance issues, the staff was super nice and helpful, and the exclusive atmosphere made us feel like we were on a private island.

The room had some maintenance issues, with the bathtub faucet leaking and the hot water faucet stuck. The shower temperature was also difficult to set, causing some inconvenience during our stay.

This beachfront resort offers a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. The setting is relaxing, chilled, and private. The gym has good treadmills and a great selection of weights. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. The Suan Bua restaurant provides an excellent dining experience with outstanding staff and service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing resort! The location was perfect, nestled in a private cove with a stunning beach surrounded by impressive cliffs. The secluded access made it feel exclusive and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking along the rock formations in the calm waters. The Lotus Court restaurant was a highlight, with live piano music by the talented Robato, who really made every meal memorable. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a good selection of delicious breakfast options that catered to our dietary preferences.

We felt happy throughout our stay, as the staff at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them, making our experience truly exceptional.

Beautiful beach and great location, perfect for a romantic escape. the pool was relaxing, and an in-room massage was a great complementary touch. We also enjoyed the tasty cocktails and complimentary breakfast with a great variety of options.

The room had a bug problem, and we woke up with a lot of mosquito bites. the restaurant service was slow, and the food quality didn't match the high prices.

Good This hotel provides an exclusive experience, with luxurious amenities and fulfilled needs. the spa and wellness centre is one of the highlights, with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and massage services. the beautiful garden area, with plenty of sun loungers, also offers a perfect spot to relax. the room advantages are impressive, with private facilities and a spa centre for personalized comfort. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas provide a range of great dining options, including a buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

Bad the service needs a significant improvement, as it was not as friendly or attentive as expected. While the shallow end and pool with the view are great relaxation spots, the beach access could also be more accessible.

Loved the dream location surrounded by nature, monkeys visiting our balcony, great rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful beach with warm water.
