The rooms at Centara Grand Phratamnak were amazing and in high standard. They were clean, spacious, and filled with the latest technology. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and the chef and staff were always cooking fresh food and keeping the dining area clean. The rooftop pool was a highlight with its stunning view, especially at sunset. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jomtien Beach, providing easy access to the sandy shores for a fun-filled day of relaxation and sunbathing. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Pattaya Central, allowing guests to explore the vibrant city center and enjoy all the exciting activities it has to offer.

The beach near the hotel may not be ideal for swimming as it has been reported to be dirty and littered with plastic bottles and rubbish.

Fabulous hotel, excellent staff, floor to ceiling aquarium, lucky breakfast with sharks and fish, convenient trips and transport, short walk to the beach.

Had an amazing Xmas break at this hotel. the staff were friendly and always smiling, made us feel welcomed. the rooftop pool had a great view, plenty of sunbeds and towels available. the breakfast had a wide range of fruits, yoghurt, Asian and western options. Plus, the hotel location was perfect, close to key attractions and with easy accessibility. the complementary cocktail and fruit platter in the room were a nice touch.

The room had a weird smell, not very pleasant, despite using aroma candles. the AC was not working properly, with no way for guests to control the temperature.

You can also enjoy some delicious food at the restaurant, poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area, or outdoor dining area. If you are looking to improve your wellness and relaxation, you can take advantage of the Spa centre where you can enjoy various treatments or the leisure/TV room where you can unwind in utter peace. Cons: I must say that my in-room breakfast was not up to par and lacked the quality I expected. this was a minor issue that did not detract from the overall experience.

the sanctuary resort pattaya, signature collection exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff, spacious rooms, and convenient location near the beach, restaurants, and a 7-11 store. the bar had a great view of the ocean. definitely a nice hotel for exploring the city.
