I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and I even received a free upgrade upon check-in. The staff at the reception were extremely accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping, with many 711 stores, shopping malls, and a night market in the Pratunam area. This made it very convenient for me to explore and shop around. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace that created a very nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping.

The facilities in the room were excellent, with everything we needed readily available. The housekeeping staff even surprised us with sweet gestures like placing orchids and plush elephants on our bed each day. The hotel's location was also ideal, situated in a vibrant area with many night markets and shopping malls nearby. We felt safe exploring the surroundings and enjoyed the convenience of having great food options right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was pretty decent with a reasonable selection. The staff were friendly and helpful with whatever they could do, which was a plus. The location is close to public transportation which makes it easy to get around.

The room was not at the standard expected for the price we paid. The amenities in the bathroom were not complete, and we had to ask for some things.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was excellent, from the friendly front desk lady who helped us check in to the efficient and courteous housekeeping lady. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping centers in Pratunam and Siam Square. It was also within walking distance to the Airport link and a short walk to the BTS. The ambience of the hotel was open, clean, and inviting, with modern and spacious rooms and a great view. The breakfast restaurant had an excellent spread, catering to both Eastern and Western tastes, and the rooftop restaurant served delicious food with an amazing view of the city skyline. The hotel also had excellent wifi throughout, which was a big plus for us.

Centrally located near many shopping malls, Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel offers a convenient stay for avid shoppers. The hotel staff provides excellent service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern facilities. Guests can enjoy a tasty and diverse breakfast buffet. The hotel's central location also allows for easy access to nearby attractions and is within walking distance to popular areas like Siam.

The hotel entrance being tucked away in a hidden alley may make it difficult for guests to locate initially.

We loved the location of this hotel – along the main road but at the back of a mall. It was super convenient to walk downstairs to the night market and also to go shopping at the mall below. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous from the concierge to the receptionist. The room had excellent amenities like in-room safe, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. They also had an excellent hospitality and a great leisure spa & wellness centre.

Recommending this place to everyone – no need to look elsewhere!

Centara staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They stored our luggage after check-out and let us shower at the spa. Bellboys even offered to send bigger boxes for our purchases to our room and gave us masking tape. highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience during my stay over Christmas at this hotel. The location was perfect, with malls and a night market within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Plus, the cleanliness of the room was outstanding, which I really appreciated.

The only downside of this hotel was the lack of a pool. It would have been nice to have a pool to relax in during my stay.
