The location of this hotel is fantastic, far away from the 'working lady' area down the alley opposite the gate. Plus, it's super close to the beach! The rooms have comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provides friendly and helpful service. The breakfast offers a great variety of fresh options. Additionally, the views from the balcony are fabulous.

The air conditioning in some rooms tends to fail, which can be quite uncomfortable.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the main shopping strip in a bustling little area of Kata. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony with a great view. The staff were always polite and helpful, and the room service was exceptional. The car hire service was also very useful for getting around.

The location of Chanalai Garden Resort is fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful Kata Yai beach. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for all our needs. Additionally, the quieter Kata Noi beach is within a 10-minute walk. The hotel facilities are excellent, with clean and comfortable superior rooms overlooking the pools. The daily service ensured fresh linen, towels, and beach towels. The mini bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary fresh fruit, Prosecco, and delicious Mango with sticky rice dessert. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of traditional Thai and international options, including made-to-order eggs and noodles. The two pool bars and lobby bar offered great value during their Happy Hours, with local beers and tasty cocktails.

Although we ate out quite often, the Half Board option had a diverse a la carte menu for those who prefer dining within the hotel. The Friday BBQ evening, accompanied by a Thai Elvis, was a memorable experience.

We couldn't believe how close we were to the beach and fabulous beachside restaurants at Chanalai Garden Resort. Just a quick 30-second walk and we were there! The convenience was unbeatable. And the beach itself offered so many thrilling activities like parasailing, surf lessons, and jet skiing. It was an adventure lover's paradise!

While there were minor issues like some areas needing better cleaning and occasional instability of the internet, overall we had a fantastic stay at Chanalai Garden Resort. The location, amenities, and friendly staff made it the best place to stay in Phuket.

The hotel was just a 1-minute walk from the beach, and a short 10-minute stroll to the quieter and more beautiful Kata Noi Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary in-room safe and mini bar. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and some great restaurants. We especially enjoyed being able to eat breakfast outside with a view of the sea.

Although the bathroom was nice, the room itself was a bit basic and the doors did not feel very secure. We had a minor plumbing issue, but it was fixed without any hassle.

I had a fantastic 11-night stay at Chanalai Garden Resort. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach and shops. The hotel amenities are great, with comfortable beds and a very good breakfast. The pools with swim-up bars were a highlight, and the staff, especially Palmy, Ton, and JI, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The view from our room was amazing, and the service from the staff was exceptional. We can't wait to return one day.

The hotel offers captivating views, especially from the hotel rooms. The staff at the dining area is nice and efficient, offering a variety of breakfast options.

One negative aspect is that the rooms can be a bit noisy, especially due to the air conditioning units outside each room.

The room was bright, clean, and had a balcony with a sea view. Tea and coffee facilities and 2 bottles of drinking water provided daily. Nice open dining room with a good selection of foods for breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Close proximity to the beach, only 2-3 minutes away. Super friendly and helpful staff.
