The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the North gate and had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere due to its lush tropical garden. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was clean and refreshing. Plus, the restaurant served cheap, fresh, and organic homemade food.

The wi-fi connection was unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the quality of the rooms varied depending on the floor and theme.

The hotel offered a great value for the price, with free WiFi in the rooms and a computer room available for use. the unlimited toast, tea, and coffee as well as the egg and bacon breakfast for a small fee were a nice touch. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and although their English needed a bit of work, they were able to communicate effectively. the laundry service was quick and affordable, with our clothes coming back smelling amazing. the highlight was definitely the gorgeous pool.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was quite far from most attractions. the staff's English skills were mediocre and they were not able to fully assist at times.

I stayed during Christmas and had a great time at this budget hotel. the owners were a lovely couple and made me feel welcome. the pool was gorgeous and the surroundings were lovely. the freshly cooked breakfast was a highlight, with basic bacon and eggs, toast, and jam. the hotel is in a quiet location, which was perfect for the peaceful Christmas I wanted. the rooms were clean and the wifi worked well, even in the room.

The hotel could use some updating, especially the top floor rooms. the shower in my room was not great, as there was no proper drainage and water ended up all over the bathroom floor.
