The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the North gate and had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere due to its lush tropical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was clean and refreshing. Plus, the restaurant served cheap, fresh, and organic homemade food.

The wi-fi connection was unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the quality of the rooms varied depending on the floor and theme.

The hotel offered a great value for the price, with free WiFi in the rooms and a computer room available for use. The unlimited toast, tea, and coffee as well as the egg and bacon breakfast for a small fee were a nice touch. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and although their English needed a bit of work, they were able to communicate effectively. The laundry service was quick and affordable, with our clothes coming back smelling amazing. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous pool.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was quite far from most attractions. The staff's English skills were mediocre and they were not able to fully assist at times.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The nearby shops, eateries, and taxis made it convenient for us to explore the area.
