Enormous hotel, helpful staff, English-speaking employees, Lady called LUCK, great location.

Cannot find any fault.

The rooms were big and comfortable, with great views of the surrounding area. the breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfying. the hotel staff was helpful whenever we had questions.

The hotel seemed mainly geared towards business customers and conventions, so it lacked in-house entertainment. the location wasn't the best as it was a fair distance from the city center, but we found that local transport was cheap and plentiful.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, near the university and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The staff here is incredible, always helpful and attentive to any requests I had. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool which I had all to myself. The transportation options were a bit confusing at first, but the hotel had vans and drivers available for use as taxis, which was very convenient. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The noise from low flying aircraft can be bothersome at times.
