The staff are amazing, great views of the Mekong River, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, beautiful art decoration.

Spent the New Year's eve at a riverside hotel with a picture-perfect view that could leave anyone awestruck. Nicely decorated rooms with a comfortable wooden interior and big windows to soak in the view. the complimentary breakfast served was mouth-watering, and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. the hotel's excellent location close to the town center and easily accessible by bike was a plus. We enjoyed incredible sunsets and tons of photo opportunities at different spots of the hotel garden by the river.

The small cafe served only a few menu items. It was difficult to communicate with the staff as their English was not fluent.

The resort's location by the river allowed for peaceful walks and a relaxed atmosphere.

That a car was needed to reach the nearby town, which could be a slight inconvenience for some guests.

Lovely stay! I was pleasantly surprised when I received a free upgrade to a deluxe room with a stunning view of the river and Laos. The resort was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always eager to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous, with strong coffee to start the day. Although the hotel was a bit far from town, they offered tuk tuk services or it was a pleasant 30-minute walk. I would definitely recommend Chiangkhan River Mountain Resort.
