This charming hotel is located in a convenient area near the river, with a variety of nice restaurants and the city center within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and complete amenities. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is fast. Guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast with a good variety of hot options, fresh salad, and bakery. Additionally, there is a lovely garden where guests can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

There was a lack of internal communication among the staff, leading to miscommunication and unmet commitments.

Great Staff and Location

The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. They provided me with information about the area and offered to book taxis and tours for me. The location was also great as it was close to popular restaurants and shops while still being quiet and peaceful. the room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

While the hotel provided a good selection of breakfast options, I found that the quality of the food could have been better. Some items were overcooked or overly salty.

I had an exceptional stay at a friendly and elegant hotel. The receptionist, Mr. C, went out of his way to ensure my early check-in and made my experience truly unforgettable. The hotel is located in a peaceful lane near the main road, close to popular riverside restaurants and art shops. The breakfast in the graceful dining room was delicious, and I enjoyed chatting with my family over Wi-Fi. The luxury room was spacious and equipped with a mini kitchen for convenience. The bed and bathroom were clean and tidy. The hotel even supports a project to help mountain people by selling their handmade products, which I found very unique. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is definitely worth the money! The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the rooms. I loved that they had a mini kitchen in the rooms, so my partner and I could make tea anytime we wanted. The location was perfect - close to the city center, the night bazaar, and even the lantern festival. The staff provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.
