The family room was great with a spectacular view. The lovely pool area was perfect for families with children. The friendly staff provided motorbike rentals and transfers. The ala carte breakfast options were all great. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and away from the crowds, this is the place for you.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received at this hotel. The prices were quite affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The staff made us feel like dear guests, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view, allowing us to take in the beautiful surroundings from the comfort of our own space. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for our needs.

All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

Located right at the beach on a remote island in the jungle, Cinnamon Beach Villas offers a tranquil and natural setting for a couples retreat. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful artwork on the walls. The Thai/Chinese style of the hotel adds a touch of elegance, with lovely furniture and porcelain accents. Guests can also enjoy the library with a wide range of books and a DVD library for entertainment. The friendly staff is accommodating, even adapting the menu for vegetarian and vegan guests. everything was very good.

The restaurant could use some improvement in terms of variety and service.

During our stay at a beachfront villa in Lamai Beach, I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the ocean from our room. The spacious and comfortable accommodation provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the villa were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to fulfill our request for a vegan breakfast. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the remote location and limited dining options, I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful view and comfortable rooms. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is perfect for families with children as the water is calm and clean. it is situated close to other attractions and the breakfast is delicious. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Sadly, the pool area was too small and only had a limited number of sun loungers, which meant we had to wake up early to reserve them. Another downside was that the path down to the pool area was steep and difficult to walk on, which could be a struggle for guests with mobility problems.
