I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with fresh water available everywhere on the property. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a private garden, pool, and patio just for guests to enjoy. The location was perfect - a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet still close to restaurants and a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to answer my questions. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and I loved the option to cook in the kitchen area as well. this hotel offered the best ratio of quality to value that I have experienced on the island.

As a budget traveler, I loved the value for money at Coconut Grove. The rooms were comfortable and self-contained, and I especially enjoyed the privacy of the small pool next to my bedroom. The parking lot was promptly plowed when it snowed, ensuring easy access to our car. the location, cleanliness, and helpful staff made this hotel an excellent choice for our stay.

We loved the easy communication and helpful staff. They always had a smile on their faces and answered all our questions. It was convenient to rent a motorbike and explore the area. Having our own private pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed taking a dip whenever we wanted. We were able to see a lot in just two days, including beautiful beaches, the Big Buddha, Patong beach, and trying delicious food. Plus, the tuk-tuk drivers were just around the corner, making it easy to negotiate a good price to anywhere in the city.

It was a great start to the day. the private pool was a major highlight, allowing us to take a dip whenever we felt like it. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to motorbike rentals and nearby attractions.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there were some issues with insects in the room, particularly mosquitoes and geckos.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing me with a scooter rental without needing to hand over my original passport.
