i recently enjoyed a luxurious stay at cross pattaya pratamnak - sha plus. from the moment i arrived, the impeccable service made me feel like a vip. the staff's attention to detail, passion for their work, and top-notch amenities truly stood out. the elite suite was clean and comfortable, offering a range of thoughtful touches. i particularly loved the pool area with its comfortable loungers and refreshing cocktails. the breakfast spread was extensive, and the moon spa experience was absolutely fantastic. the beautiful beach across the road provided stunning sunsets, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Cons: nothings 🙂.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the facilities were tastefully decorated and modern. the location was excellent, close to good restaurants and bars right by the beach. the staff provided great hospitality and service, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our thanksgiving at this hotel was amazing! the staff was very friendly and made us feel special. We loved the spacious swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including bubbly drinks, which we indulged in. the location was great, close to several famous restaurants, and just a short walk to watch the most beautiful sunsets.

Although we had an incredible time, we missed having convenience stores nearby. the beach was not very clean.

The only minor issue I had was the steepness of the stair down to the beach, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. But with the beautiful sunsets across the road and the hotel's amazing facilities, the slight inconvenience was quickly forgotten.

The breakfast offered delicious options and the view from the hotel was stunning. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities like a large and beautiful swimming pool, perfect for a leisurely swim.
