crystal bay beach resort in lamai beach exceeded my expectations. the staff were polite and the restaurant had a great variety of dishes. the location was ideal, right on the beautiful beach.

Weak water pressure in the room.

The location was good for us, with a beautiful view and beach. The kitchen chef at Crystal Bay Resort was excellent, serving very good lunch and dinner. There was a mini market conveniently located nearby.

Felt really comfortable, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a pool and a massage salon. We were impressed with the location, as it was so close to the beach that we didn't need transportation. The beach itself was incredible, with no rocks in the ocean unlike Silver Beach. The breakfast offered multiple choices and was perfect. The staff were English-speaking, friendly, and very helpful.

I had the most breathtaking view from my balcony at Crystal Bay Beach Resort. The bay was absolutely stunning, and I couldn't get enough of the crystal-clear waters. The location of the resort is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and plenty of opportunities for snorkeling and kayaking. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the large bathroom. The breakfast served at the resort was good, with more choices than the typical buffet. The massages I had at the massage area were incredible, and the therapists were professional and considerate. I also appreciated the fact that the water in the bay was warm and perfect for swimming. I highly recommend Crystal Bay Beach Resort for its gorgeous views, convenient location, and value for money.

I recently stayed at Crystal Bay Resort for a relaxing beach getaway. The front desk staff were fantastic, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The breakfast service was excellent, with attentive servers and delicious options. The private beach was a highlight, with clear water perfect for swimming. There were two massage places right on the beach, offering great prices and professional masseuses. The view from my room with a balcony was breathtaking. The hotel location, service, and amenities made it the best deal on the island.
