Nothing to fault

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Patty, who had a charming smile and spoke excellent English. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was right across the street from a fabulous shopping center, where you can find tons of restaurants, cafes, and interesting shops. The beach was just a short 5-7 minute walk away, and there were multiple massage parlors nearby as well. The room was quiet, clear, and safe, and I especially enjoyed the pool on the 4th floor - it was absolutely stunning.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

The rooftop bar with the mini pool at Kiang Haad Beach was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. The spacious rooms, including the bathroom, provided a comfortable stay. The friendly staff and nice breakfast added to the positive experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the beach and close to the town. The Market Village complex across the road offers different activities every day.

Felt like relaxing at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Had an awesome Easter holiday! the breakfast spread was amazing, there were so many fruit options to choose from and the plates were kept constantly refilled. the hotel's location was a definite plus, with plenty of shopping options within walking distance. the pool-facing room was perfect and very peaceful, with no road noise at all. Bonus points for the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready with great recommendations.

One disappointment was the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. There were some small biting insects which left itchy marks on our skin.
