Our stay at Deeprom was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with a big bed and a well-maintained toilet. They even provided a beach bag and tumbler, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with a taxi service nearby.

It would be helpful if they provided more information on tourist activities and bike rental services. Also, it would be great if they could provide two key cards for rooms with two occupants.

I had a great time staying at a modern hotel near a big supermarket, and loads of shops and food outlets. The staff were very friendly, always with a big smile and willing to help. The room was clean, with a big comfortable bed and a clean toilet. I was pleased to get a beach bag and tumbler, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had speedy WiFi, which was an advantage, and a songtaew just around the corner.

The hotel could improve their tourist activity information and bike rental service. The breakfast was a disaster and didn't match the fantastic buffet advertised online.

The security deposit is a bit high, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
